What do we offer under the service agreement?
Please find below an overview of the key services included in our service agreement:
1. Tailored Documents Checklist:
There is no one-size-fits-all documents checklist, as each applicant’s case is unique. We will provide you with a comprehensive tailored documents checklist upon starting each stage in the skilled migration process, including:
1. Skills Assessment application (if you haven’t applied for it yet)*
2. Expression of Interest (EOI) application
3. Registration of Interest (ROI) application
4. State/Territory Nomination application (if applicable to the visa subclass you are invited to apply for)
5. Visa application
2. Questions and Concerns Addressing:
We will promptly address any questions or concerns you might have related to any stage that has been activated in the service agreement, via email or Zoom.
3. Professional Documents Review:
We will carefully review your documents at each stage according to the guidelines of each relevant authority and will advise you on any required amendments until all the documents requirements are satisfied.
4. Finding Acceptable Workarounds:
As each applicant’s case is unique, sometimes applicants may not be able to provide some of the standard required documents. In such cases, we may help you find an acceptable workaround. The acceptable workarounds by each authority may not be outlined explicitly in their guidelines, therefore, we may need to communicate via email or phone with the relevant authorities in a certain professional manner to get their advice on the acceptable workaround in your case.
5. Skills Assessment Application Handling*:
If you haven’t applied for the Skills Assessment application yet, we highly recommend applying for it through us, so we can review your documents and make sure they are in order and meet the authorities’ requirements from the beginning and will not require amendments in the future. This will avoid you wasting your time issuing the documents again at later stages (State/Territory Nomination application and Visa application).
6. Accurate EOI Application Submission:
From our perspective, the EOI application is the most critical stage in the skilled migration process. Providing inaccurate information or claiming points that can't be sufficiently supported by the appropriate documents at the Visa application stage can lead to receiving an invitation based on over-claimed points. This in turn, may result in a Visa application refusal and the loss of the substantial Visa application fee paid. A common example is recording employment experience in the EOI application without having acceptable third-party payment evidence, which could lead to a refusal and time and money loss, and you may not be lucky to receive an invitation again. Our role is to help you avoid such risks by ensuring your EOI application is risk-free. We ensure this by thoroughly reviewing your documents and employment payment evidence before your EOI application submission, ensuring your documents comply with the requirements and sufficiently evidence your points claimed.
7. Expert Applications Submission:
Our Registered Migration Agent will review and submit your applications on your behalf and will make sure it is a decision-ready application to minimize as much as possible the chances of receiving a request for additional information/documents, hence help you avoiding unnecessary delays in processing your applications.
8. Communication Handling:
We will handle the communication with the relevant authorities on behalf of you and will update you promptly with any updates received regarding your applications. P.S: In very few occasions, the relevant authorities may contact the applicant directly via email or phone.
9. States/Territories Updates:
The States/Territories may update their occupation lists and nomination requirements at any time without notice and our role is to keep you informed with those updates if you are eligible to apply. When any State/Territory opens for nomination or updates its nomination requirements, we usually assess the eligibility of our clients who are in the EOI application and ROI application stages against those new requirements and inform our eligible clients within few days from the State/Territory opening or update.
10. Regular Newsletters:
We will keep you informed with the important updates and changes related to the skilled migration program through our ongoing newsletter emails.
You can take the first step of our process by submitting your eligibility assessment form by clicking on the following button and we will get back to you with the consultation information / payment within 1 to 2 business days.
